The opponent is also an acclaimed german boxer named Christian Hammer, who is popular for his fighting technique and as a former European Heavyweight Champion. He has also fought with popular boxers like Tyson Fury and Luis Ortez in the past and earned a good reputation in the industry. The Lucky Block ambassador has been having an unsteady season this year due to an injury and a cancelled fight with his rival, Joseph Parker. Joe also has an impressive record with 13 wins out of all the 13 matches he has fought as a heavyweight. The player has won all the matches except one through a finishing knockout.

As a boxer who has held the Commonwealth, WBC Silver and WBO International heavyweight titles along with a European Heavyweight Champion title from 2020 to August 2021, Joe is someone who has gained several fans all across the boxing world. He is also an Olympic Silver medallist in the Super Heavyweight category with a height of 6’6 and a reach of 80.5 inches.

Joe has repeatedly expressed his interest in the match and his excitement in being a part of the Lucky Block project. He also posted on Instagram with a caption that mentioned a giveaway of his match tickets for two people. The 36-year-old boxer has been practising ahead of his match in Las Vegas and is hoping to return to the ring in style with another win soon.
