Reveals Support for ERC-20 Tokens in Wallet, a self-described cryptocurrency exchange “powered by CRO, with Deep Liquidity, Low Fees and Best Execution Prices,” has revealed that Pay, a payment solution for online merchants utilizing the platform, now offers support for CRO payments from an ERC-20 wallet, a press release from the group notes.

The goal here, of course, is to allow customers more ways to spend CRO and increase the transaction volume of the platform’s cryptocurrency.

There are over 30 million ERC-20 wallets in the cryptocurrency industry in use around the world. This feature expands Pay to all of those users, the release states.

Speaking on the matter is Kris Marszalek, the co-founder and CEO of, who said:

“This marks an important milestone in CRO utility and a major step towards widespread adoption of CRO. Now, any user with an ERC-20 wallet can transact with Pay merchants. Those merchants will benefit from a large customer base using 30M+ ERC-20 wallets, regardless of which wallet customers choose to use.”

Those who pay in CRO can also earn CRO cashback, also known as a Pay Reward, the release continues. Until September 30th, customers paying with wallets that aren’t the application will see 2x pay rewards as well.
