Blockchain of Things, a self-described “complete 2nd layer solution with useful
drag-n-drop tools for non-developers and developers alike,” has launched a self-service software as a service offering under its Catenis product line, according to a press release from the group.
Thanks to this, users on the platform can subscribe to a plan and start using their applications on the Bitcoin blockchain. This Catenis product ensures those users can message and communicate on the blockchain network without worrying about actually holding Bitcoin and the like.
Speaking on the matter is Andre De Castro, the Founder and CEO of Blockchain of Things, who said:
“We have been eager to relaunch our products and expand our offerings beyond enterprise customers to tinkerers and small app developers. We are changing the landscape; this is the first time that anyone can build apps on a trusted world-class blockchain with a global footprint. Previously building such apps was difficult and pricey – now its accessible and affordable to everyone.”
In other related news, Blockchain of Things filed what they call a Form 10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, which ensured their BCOT Token would be classified as a security, the release also states. This happened on August 1st, making this token one of the first security tokens that’s registered with the United States.
