CoinGate, a payment and trading tools creation company, has partnered with the AVA token by Travala.com to make it a payment method at over 5,000 stores online, according to a blog post from the group.
According to an excerpt from the post, “CoinGate users can buy AVA directly to a wallet using bank transfer, credit card and phone credit and they can also sell AVA directly from a personal wallet using SEPA bank transfer.”
On top of this, users will be able to buy AVA through the Travala.com platform without a problem. The goal, of course, is to make the platform’s token more accessible. Speaking on the matter is Travala’s CEO, Juan Otero, who said:
“It’s great to see that AVA holders can now use the digital token to buy a variety of goods and services online, as well as for online travel bookings via Travala.com.”
Recently, as InsideBitcoins has previously reported on, Travala partnered with the NEM cryptocurrency project. Fortunately for the cryptocurrency, the project went up around 20% at the time in terms of price. This was during a time where the market was not performing very well overall.
Speaking on the matter was the CEO of NEM, Alex Tinsman, who had said that Travala is a great supporter of the cryptocurrency community overall. Today’s partnership only backs that view up.
