To raise awareness of Web3, Solana sets up the first physical store in New York City’s Hudson Yards neighborhood. It’s Solana’s large-scale blockchain project plans to open a physical store. Visitors can purchase educational materials, blockchain activities, and Solana-based products like NFTs at the store. As a result, you may learn about Web3 and how Solana works.
They will also give you a wallet, your first NFTs, and instructions on performing your first on-chain transactions. The Solana Foundation sponsors opening the new store, Solana Spaces, in Hudson Yards. According to Solana Spaces, the store will serve as a “culture center” or “embassy” for Solana, the world’s ninth most valuable cryptocurrency based on market value.

Solana Sets Up the First Physical Web3 Store
Solana Spaces is the name of the physical store about to open in New York City’s Hudson Yards for the large blockchain project Solana. The grand opening of the first store, located at 20 Hudson Yards in New York City, was announced on Thursday.
The Solana Foundation and many ecosystem partners collaborated to create the store, open from 10 am to 8 pm. Monday through Saturday and 11 am to 7 pm on Sunday. It bills itself as “the world’s first retail [and] instructional space devoted to Web3” and serves as a resource for those unfamiliar with blockchain technology. In addition, visitors can access lessons, programming services, and Solana-based on-chain experiences and receive “special prizes” for participating in real-world store activities.
Users can create their own Solana Phantom wallets using a seed phrase booth. The store will also include interactive art exhibits, a display of Solana’s upcoming Saga phone, crypto “lifestyle” items such as sweatshirts and T-shirts, and a selection of the ecosystem’s NFT collections.
Solana Spaces: Creating an Ecosystem
Solana Spaces will be a first-of-its-kind retailer in a sector of the cryptocurrency market that has always favored digital over physical goods. Last month, the company unveiled a smartphone under the Solana brand. With this, the platform hopes to improve Web3 capability and accessibility.
According to Anatoly Yakovenko, co-founder of Solana and CEO of Solana Labs, the company decided to enter the smartphone market because current companies aren’t introducing any new advancements.
