Ripple’s Chief Technology Officer, David Schwartz, and the self-proclaimed Bitcoin inventor, Craig Wright, have been engaging in a public exchange regarding the lawsuit outcome surrounding XRP.
He will never have an answer to what action he wants them to take that would be them acting "inside existing law" because he knows there is no answer. The only thing they could do that would help him is to take his side in the public debate over what code nodes should run.

In the latest development, Schwartz aimed Wright over a case concerning blockchain developers.
The UK Court of Appeal has reversed a decision made by the High Court, which would determine whether developers in the blockchain industry have legal responsibilities towards their users. This case is set to establish the obligation to restore access to digital assets that have been stolen.
Is Ripple Breaking The Rules?
Schwartz further added that Wright is suing programmers to write codes. However, Wright feels otherwise. Wright claims this lawsuit will ensure that developers act under the law, adding that Ripple is now falunting the rules.
Schwartz went ahead to inquiring wright over the implied integration and stated what kind of moves Wright was trying to pull off. That being said, Schwartz is open to debate on the Bitcoin nodes with Wright.
XRP Isn’t Decentralized, Craig Wright
The ongoing tussle continues with Wright accusing Ripple of not obeying the law and is not entirely decentralized. Moreover, he made fun of Schwartz’s understanding of the law and compared him with Madoff. Furthermore, Wright added that XRP is gone if Tulip Trading triumphs in the case.

Currently Ripple’s native currency, XRP trades at $0.3975 with a minor drop in the price on the chart.
