Changelly, Ledger Partner to Offer Direct Crypto Trading Access to Users

Changelly, the self-described “leading cryptocurrency exchange platform,” has revealed that it integrated its API into the Ledger Live interface, meaning that Ledger users have direct access to the cryptocurrency exchange, according to a press release.

Users can access around 50 cryptocurrency trading pairs thanks to this partnership. The release reads:

“Launched in 2018, Ledger Live App aims to create a one stop shop experience enabling users to monitor and manage 27 coins and more than 1500 tokens directly from their smartphone or desktop. The partnership with Changelly allows Ledger Live users to swap their coins without leaving the app. The integration ensures exchange access for owners of Ledger Nano S and Ledger Nano X hardware wallets.”

Thanks to Changelly’s API, traders can swap their assets at “fixed exchange rates,” meaning these users won’t have to deal with volatility and such.

Speaking on the matter is Eric Benz, the CEO of Changelly, who said:

“I couldn’t be more excited to announce this collaboration with Ledger. From now on, Ledger device owners would be provided with a reliable swapping solution and additionally protected from the market fluctuation with a fixed rate mechanism. No doubt, this option will only strengthen the Ledger’s leading position on the hardware device’s market.”
