The Trump Organization, an American conglomerate associated with the United States of America President, His Excellency Donald Trump, has filed a trademark application before the United States Securities Patent and Trademark Office. The Organization is seeking approval to create a non-fungible token market platform and a metaverse platform using “TRUMP” as its brand name.
Trump Plans To Launch An NFT Marketplace
In a February 28 site publication, the United States Patents and Trademark Office (USPTO) confirmed receiving a trading application from the Trump Organization seeking to launch non-fungible token-related products using the ‘Trump’ name as its brand. Privately owned by Donald Trump, the Trump Organization American conglomerate serves as the holding company for most of Trump’s business ventures and investments.

The filing states the company intends to offer:
– A TRUMP-branded metaverse.

Based on data submitted, President Donald Trump, through the Trump organization, seeks trademark approval to launch downloadable computer software for managing cryptocurrency transactions using blockchain technology, computer software for managing smart contracts using blockchain technology and software for accessing non-fungible tokens on a blockchain. He also seeks to create software for blockchain-based inventory management and software products for managing and verifying cryptocurrency transactions on a blockchain.
Trump also seeks to create downloadable computer software for analyzing market information authenticated by non-fungible tokens using blockchain technology, computer software for trading and minting non-fungible tokens, downloadable video recordings featuring characters or avatars authenticated by non-fungible tokens and photographs authenticated by non-fungible tokens.
Trump’s Metaverse And NFT Push
Since Trump is not new to the non-fungible token market, he seeks approval to launch downloadable image files containing trading cards authenticated by non-fungible tokens, digital image files of apparel authenticated by non-fungible tokens and computer programs for issuing digital certificates authenticated by non-fungible tokens. He also seeks to launch virtual reality glasses, headsets, and goggles, among other products.
Donald Trump also anticipates entering the metaverse market. As part of the preparation, Trump is seeking approval to create downloadable virtual reality game software featuring crypto tokens for use in online virtual worlds, headsets adapted for use in playing video games, glasses and virtual reality goggles and controllers. He also seeks to create downloadable image files of virtual clothing for trading in virtual environments and image files of virtual clothing for trading in virtual worlds.
To end his desires in style, President Trump seeks to launch his own non-fungible token market platform. As part of the preparation, Trump is seeking approval to create online retail clothing store services rendered in virtual environments, an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of goods authenticated by non-fungible tokens and an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of downloadable virtual goods authenticated by NFTs for use in virtual environments.
