Is Terra Classic Ready for a Return to $0.000076

LUNC price is readying for a breakout from a descending parallel channel pattern, as shown on the daily chart below. The Terra Classic army appears resilient as it keeps the token in a fourth straight bullist session. If this continues, the price could rise above the 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) at $0.00006538.

Shattering this barrier would clear the path for a rise to $0.00007610, where the 100-day SMA currently sits. This would represent a 23.5% ascent from the current price.

Supporting this optimistic outlook for Terra Classic was the sharp upward trajectory taken by the Relative Strength Index (RSI). This oscillating index had just hit 51 from yesterday’s value of 31. This suggested buyers were entering the market in their numbers as the token continued to leap forward.

On the contrary, failure to rise above the upper boundary of the declining channel at $0.00006157 would indicate the inability of the buyers to sustain the higher levels. This would see LUNC oscillate within the falling channel for a few days as it edges lower.

The first line of defense would emerge from the middle boundary of the governing chart pattern at $0.00005293. Other support areas are the $0.000050 psychological level and the lower boundary of the descending parallel channel at $0.00004351.
