Pudgy Penguins, the digital asset firm and the team behind the popular Pudgy Penguins non-fungible tokens, has announced plans to launch a new NFT collection. The digital asset firm will join hands with Nouns NFT collection to create the new NFT collection.

Pudgy Penguins Taps Nouns To Launch A New NFT Collection

In a November 30 blog post, the Pudgy Penguin digital asset firm confirmed partnering with Noun, a decentralized autonomous organization behind the Noun NFT collection, to launch a new NFT collection. The highly anticipated NFT collection will mint on December 08, 2023.

Pudgy Penguins is a digital asset firm renowned for its Pudgy Penguins, an NFT collection featuring a limited edition of 8,888 NFTs hosted on Ethereum blockchain networks. Last year, the digital asset firm launched Lil Pudgy, an NFT collection featuring a limited supply of 15,000 NFTs.

On the other hand, Nouns is renowned for its Nouns, a generative non-fungible token project on the Ethereum blockchain network. The NFT collection features a 32×32 pixel character made up of almost endless combinations of bodies and accessories, including 242 heads, 140 accessories, 30 bodies, 23 glasses, and two backgrounds.

Under the new integration, the Pudgy Penguins and Nouns anticipate combining their artistry and tech capabilities to create a new NFT collection. Based on the little information shared, the upcoming NFT collection will feature traits from both firms, including Chubi penguins, birds, and glasses.

Pudgy Penguins’ NFT collection appears to have reacted sharply to the announcement of the upcoming NFT collection. In the past 24 hours, the NFT collection has seen its trading sales volume surging more than 35%. During this period, the Pudgy Penguins NFT collection has recorded a trading sales volume of over $1 million.
