Hamster Kombat Surges 14,000% After Bybit Opens Pre-Market Trading

Viral clicker game Hamster Kombat (HMSTR) exploded 14,000% after being listed on Bybit Pre-Market Trading.

Within the first 3.5 hours, HMSTR soared from $0.001 to $0.1. Its price continued to climb, and stood at $0.14 as of 3:45 a.m. EST. HMSTR started trading on Bybit‘s pre-market trading platform on July 8 at 10:00 a.m., the crypto exchange said in an announcement.

“This exclusive access allows users to secure HMSTR tokens ahead of the market and to lock in their purchase or sale prices early, marking an innovative advancement in our trading offerings,” the exchange said.

Bybit is not the first exchange to open pre-market trading for HMSTR. Other popular platforms including Binance, OKX, BingX, KuCoin, Huobi, Gate.io, Bitget and MEXC have all enabled investors to trade the token while they wait for confirmation of its spot market debut.

Hamster Kombat Is Breaking User Engagement And Growth Records

Since its launch in March this year, Hamster Kombat has broken several records when it comes to user growth and engagement. Its creators claim that the Telegram game is the third-fastest app in history to reach 150 million users.

Telegram founder Pavel Durov recently commented on the clicker-game’s impressive growth in a public post on his Telegram channel as well.

“A new wave of mini apps on Telegram is coming, and Hamster Kombat is now leading the pack,” Durov said.

As more exchanges launch pre-market trading for Hamster Kombat and an investor frenzy erupts around HMSTR, capital could start to flow into other smaller play-to-earn tokens that are gearing up for launch.

Among analyst favorites are the Tamagotchi remake and Dogecoin derivative PlayDoge (PLAY), Shiba Shootout (SHIBASHOOT), Mega Dice (DICE), eTukTuk (TUK), and Sponge V2 (SPONGE).
