Why Fight Out?
When fighters compete, we get to see the results of all their hard work. Only part of their routine is learning how to fight. Combat athletes need to be in good health and have a high level of cardio, strength, muscular endurance, and wellness in order to do well.
Still, fighters who are good at most things but really look great in one or two areas can have huge competitive advantages. They used these ideas to make their Fight Out workouts and to make our Move-to-Earn system, which rewards the Fight Out community for taking a whole-person approach to fitness.
