Celsius Network Partners With Gem to Offer “Enhanced Crypto Onramps”

Binance P2P Platform Adds Support for 5 Fiat Currencies in Latin America

The leading rewards program platform in the cryptocurrency industry, Celsius Network, has revealed what it calls enhanced crypto onramps within its platform. This is thanks to a partnership with payment solutions platform Gem, which offers easy, secure ways for users to purchase cryptocurrency.

Those on Celsius will now be able to purchase cryptocurrency via bank transfer, ACH transfer, and debit/credit card on their platform. This makes cryptocurrency more accessible for all.

Speaking on the matter is Micah Winkelspecht, the CEO of Gem, who said:

“We’re building a bridge between the old financial system and the new, open financial system. We must make it easier for users to onboard to crypto directly from the apps and services they love. Launching Gem Onramp with Celsius Network’s massive community is a watershed moment for bringing ease-of-use to cryptocurrency.”

Celsius’ platform is meant to “leverage a decentralized financial infrastructure to change the equation by returning up to 80% of its revenues with its community,” the release states. It continues, stating that “to date, Celsius has over 130,000 active users, manages over $800m in crypto assets, and has paid out over $22m to its customers.”
