Solaxy Price Approaches Make-Or-Break Level
The SOLX price, after bottoming around $0.00059 and finding support within the $0.0006544 level, has been trading in a well-defined rising channel pattern.
After hitting the key resistance level at $0.001155, the Solaxy price has been consolidating below this level, but still within the channel. In the last candle on the 1-hour timeframe, the price of SOLX has dropped 13% to trade within the lower boundary of the rising channel, as GeckoTerminal data shows.
As a result of that drop, SOLX now trades well below the 21 Simple Moving Average (SMA) on the hourly chart at $0.0010133, which now acts as the next immediate resistance level.
Meanwhile, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) shows signs of consolidation, suggesting that the bulls may be preparing to regain control of the price.
If that happens, the next key target is the $0.001075 level, a 13% surge from the current level. Moreover, if this momentum continues, the next target could be the upper boundary of the channel at $0.001359, hinting at a 41% surge in the long term.
Since SOLX is trading within the lower boundary of the channel, traders should remain cautious, as there is the risk of an incoming bearish trend. In a scenario where the price of Solaxy breaches the lower boundary of the rising channel at $0.0009184, the next cushion against downward pressure could be around $0.000835.
