Grok4 Starts To Drop After Strong Rally, Can It Recover?

The Grok4 price has printed a series of lower highs and lower lows in the last couple of hours, resulting in the formation of a negative price channel. While the emergence of the descending channel is a bearish sign, a symmetrical triangle has also formed on the crypto’s 15-minute chart. This second pattern suggests Grok4 could enter into a strong move in either direction.

If the downtrend continues, the immediate support at $0.0003045 might be lost. A 15-minute candle close below this mark could then expose the crypto to the risk of falling all the way down to $0.0001862.

On the other hand, a bullish move might see the Grok4 price attempt to flip a recently-formed resistance level at $0.0004654 into support. Thereafter, continued pressure from buyers could lead to a climb to as high as $0.0006759.

Sellers Still Have A Tight Grip On The Grok4 Price

From a technical point of view, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) and the 9 Exponential Moving Average (EMA) warn the price decline might continue over the next hour or so.

The RSI has dropped from around 70 to 50 in the last couple of hours. This is a classic indication of decreasing buyer strength, and could be due to early investors cashing out their profits from the recent rally. Now, the RSI slope remains negative, which could indicate that sellers have no intention of easing their pressure on the crypto’s price any time soon.

Meanwhile, the 9 EMA is positioned above the current Grok4 price, acting as a dynamic resistance that is pushing the crypto’s value down. Unless this technical barrier is broken in the next hour, the altcoin might continue its negative trend and potentially target the aforementioned support level at $0.0001862 in the short term.
