The BlockDAG presale has raised a staggering $290 million and its launch date is now less than 5 days away.
The project says it has 20 exchange listings lined up, including MEXC and BitMart, and promises improved scalability through a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) structure, which allows transactions to be processed in parallel instead of one by one.
But is it more shill than substance? Some analysts are raising red flags, pointing to a lack of transparency around its development and governance. With little detail on how the tech will deliver, there are concerns that after launch there could be a swift selloff.
Tactical Investing, with almost 26k followers on X, says he ”wouldn’t touch it with a 10-foot barge pole.”
”While I am not 110% confident, I have done enough research into @blockdagnetwork to consider it to be extremely extremely extremely sketchy,” he said.

That leaves a huge amount riding on faith and what, if anything, BlockDAG delivers soon after its launch.
ChatGPT, DeepSeek And GROK All Prefer Solaxy Presale
According to OpenAI chatbot ChatGPT, Solaxy (SOLX) is emerging as the smarter choice for investors because of its transparency, utility, and long-term potential
Solaxy has a fully-audited token structure and a detailed, public-facing roadmap, offering investors a clear understanding of where their funds are going and what milestones lie ahead, it said.
“BlockDAG leans heavily on vague technological promises and marketing buzzwords without much independently verifiable progress,’’ ChatGPT said. ”In a presale environment flooded with hype-driven projects, Solaxy stands out for its transparency, purpose-driven mission, and risk-conscious strategy—making it a more grounded and potentially rewarding investment than BlockDAG.”
DeepSeek, another large language model, also says Solaxy might be the better choice.
“Solaxy could outperform BlockDAG if it successfully positions itself as Solana’s go-to Layer-2 scaling solution,” the AI model said. “Unlike BlockDAG—which must compete with established blockchains—Solaxy fills a clear, immediate need: reducing Solana’s congestion and fees.”
Elon Musk’s GROK AI echoed DeepSeek’s sentiment, saying, “Solaxy may hold an edge due to its targeted approach and market alignment.”
Solaxy Presale Team Details Development Progress Before Launch
From a delivery standpoint, Solaxy shows a better track record and thus has the better potential for growth after launch.
Even while Solaxy’s native SOLX token is still in presale, the project’s team has been hard at work building out their solution. So far, the team have deployed their testnet, the testnet block explorer, the Solaxy bridge on the testnet, and their native token launchpad, the Igniter Protocol.
All of those products have given the team a strong technical foundation to roll out the Solaxy mainnet and achieve their ambitious goal of 10,000 transactions per second for the SOLX chain.
It’s easy to see why popular YouTube channel 99Bitcoins, with over 723K subscribers, says SOLX has the potential to soar 100X post-launch.
Both projects are among the most successful presales of the year, but Solaxy’s transparency, technical execution, and clear roadmap seem to give it the edge for investors looking for either short-term or long-term upside potential.
