The MAGA price jumped 22% in the last 24 hours to trade at $0.0003740 as of 05:48 a.m. EST on trading volume that skyrocketed 82% to $133 million.
This comes as a survey shows that former President Donald Trump is leading President Biden in the swing state of Georgia by five points. The poll happened as the two prepare to square off this week in a debate in the state’s capital.
In 2020, Biden flipped Georgia blue for the first time in decades, making it a pivotal battleground state.
Trump’s rising popularity has been seen in many so-called PolitiFi meme coins, with Super Trump (STRUMP) soaring 31% and Free Trump (TRUMP) climbing 10%.
MAGA Price Set To Sustain Its Rally Over The Consolidation Channel
After its launch on May 17, the MAGA price soared through a markup phase to an all-time high of $0.0007379 on May 27, according to data from GeckoTerminal.
The price of MAGA has been on a downtrend since then, as the bears drove the token to the $0.0001878 support zone. MAGA price has since been trading within the consolidation channel, as the bulls aim for a major breakout above the channel.
MAGA price trades gracefully above both the 50-day and 200-day Simple Moving Averages (SMAs), a confirmation of the bullish rally to the upside.
Moreover, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) also shows that buyers have an upper hand over the sellers, with the RSI climbing up towards the 70-overbought region, currently at 65.
The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is also bullish, with the MACD line (blue) crossing above the signal line (orange), forming a bullish crossover.
MAGA Price Prediction
The MAGA price analysis on the 4-hour chart shows a strong bullish bias, with the bulls pushing the price of MAGA above the consolidation channel, as they target the $0.00060 resistance level.
However, the 50-day SMA still trades below the 200-day SMA, which could push the bears to exert pressure. Additionally, with the RSI soaring, it shows that the token is overbought, which may drive the bears to start booking profits.
In such a scenario, the bears may push MAGA back to the consolidation channel, as the bulls retreat to $0.000254, coinciding with the 50-day SMA.
