Daddy Tate Price Prediction: DADDY Could Soar Over The Rounding Bottom Pattern
The Daddy Tate price, after hitting the $0.1827 resistance, went down through a retrace to the $0.097 support level, according to data from GeckoTerminal. The support allowed the bulls to push the token back to the resistance zone, forming a rounding bottom pattern.
DADDY price trades above both the 50-day and 200-day Simple Moving Averages (SMAs), affirming the bullish outlook of the price.
Moreover, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) trades at 61, as it closes in on the 70-overbought region, which is an indication of sustained investment optimism and intense buying pressure.
The Average Directional Index (ADX) also trades up over the 50 regions, currently at 52, which shows that DADDY is on a strong bullish trend to the upside.
The overall Daddy Tate’s price outlook shows that the token is on a bullish rally, as the bulls capitalize on the rounding bottom pattern to sustain the momentum. The 50-day SMA also crosses above the 200-day SMA, forming a golden cross at $0.12. A golden cross could encourage investors to keep buying.
If investors continue buying, the price of Daddy Tate could soar above $0.1827, as the bulls target prices above $0.25.
However, if the bears breach the critical support levels at $0.16 and $0.15, DADDY could retrace further to $0.129, which coincides with the 200-day SMA.
