Founded in 1940, McDonald’s is an American multinational fast food chain that first opened as a restaurant operated by Richard and Maurice McDonald in San Bernardino, California, United States. The two rechristened their business as a hamburger stand and later turned the company into a franchise, with the Golden Arches logo introduced in 1953 at a location in Phoenix, Arizona.
Over the years, McDonald’s has grown to become the world’s largest fast food restaurant chain by number of locations, serving over 69 million customers daily in over 100 countries in more than 40,000 outlets as of 2021. McDonald’s is best known for its hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and French fries, although its menu also includes other items like chicken, fish, fruit, and salads.
McDonald’s X Doodles Integration
On the other hand, Doodles is a next-generation entertainment company focused on immersive storytelling by creating and distributing live and digital experiences. The digital asset firm became famous after launching Doodles, a blue-chip non-fungible token collection featuring a limited edition of 10,000 NFTs hosted on the Ethereum blockchain network. Doodles is one of the leading NFT collections in the NFT market.
Last year, Doodles announced its intentions to evolve from a pure NFT startup to a leading media franchise and product brand. Earlier last week, Doodles announced partnering with the McDonalds to push its vision. Doodles has released several records, including “Not in the Store,” released in early August; “Can’t Hold Me Down” in late August; and “Doodleverse (Draw Me Closer)” in September. To celebrate upcoming Doodles Records release, it has released a new track “Good Morning,” now playing in Times Square.
