Billionaire investor and Shark Tank star Mark Cuban has sparked a firestorm among Donald Trump supporters after saying the presidential candidate is rarely seen alongside “strong, intelligent women.”

Kayleigh McEnany, Trump’s former press secretary, described Cuban’s remarks as “profoundly offensive,” while Trump supporters flooded social media with responses as they rush to defend Trump and criticize Cuban’s take on the company he keeps.

Trump responded on Truth Social, calling Cuban “a really dumb guy” and arguing that he surrounds himself with “the strongest of women.”

The firestorm erupted after the pro-crypto billionaire, who backs Trump rival Kamala Harris, appeared on ABC’s ”The View,” where he was asked why he thought Trump hadn’t asked former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley for her support in reaching out to female voters.

“You never see him around strong, intelligent women. Ever,” Cuban said. “It’s just that simple. They’re intimidating to him. He doesn’t like to be challenged by them.”

Pro-Trump Women Fire Back At Mark Cuban

Senior Trump adviser Susie Wiles made her first post on X since February to defend Trump and highlight the strong women on his team, including chair for Transition Policy Linda McMahon and co-chair of the Republican National Committee Lara Trump.

Meanwhile, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene released a video of herself doing pull-ups, claiming that Cuban has “low testosterone” and is “intimidated by strong, intelligent women” like her.

Other supporters, such as Rep. Elise Stefanik, labeled Cuban a “sexist disgrace,” showcasing their achievements and backing for Trump. South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem even challenged Cuban to a debate or an arm-wrestling match.

Mark Cuban Said SEC Chair Gary Gensler Could Cost Democrats The Presidency

Cuban warned earlier that Securities and Exchange Commission chair Gary Gensler’s regulation-by-enforcement strategy against the crypto industry could cost the Democratic Party the election.

Cuban also said that he thinks Kamala Harris would be “much more open to business, artificial intelligence, crypto, and government services” than the current administration.
