Dogecoin Price Signals a Rebound on $0.071 Support

The $0.58 support has proven resilient, providing an anchor-ground foundation for the bulls to take control of the price in bullish activity, leading to a breakout from the descending wedge pattern and a successful retest of the 200-day simple moving average. This strong upward momentum has propelled the price above the $0.075 resistance level.

However, the bulls faced a resistance force at $0.088 following a rebound from the $0.066 support. 

The 200-day simple moving average has emerged as a crucial support for Dogecoin, with the price crossing above both the 50-day and 200-day SMAs. The MA cross coinciding with $0.071 confirms a bullish sentiment.

Although the relative strength index (RSI) decreased from an overbought level, it remains in a bullish trend, currently trading at 53. If the bullish trend persists, there is potential for the RSI to enter the overbought zone.

Dogecoin Price Poised To Reach $0.11

The Dogecoin price appears poised to reach the $0.11 level by the Q4 quarter of 2023, supported by the RSI and SMA indicators. Continued bullish momentum could drive prices beyond $0.15. 

Conversely, resistance at $0.088 may challenge bullish advances, potentially leading to a correction to the $0.071 support zone. A candlestick break below this level could find support at $0.066.
