The price of Dogecoin is showing a surge above the bullish pennant pattern. This pattern usually occurs during a robust uptrend and indicates occasional pullbacks where buyers can regroup and regain momentum.

Dogecoin seems ready to reach a new peak this month, thanks to the strong performance of the bulls above the upper trendline of the pennant pattern. Additionally, the price has surged above both the 50-day and 200-day Simple Moving Averages (SMAs), which are now acting as support around $0.07042.

Moreover, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) shows promising signs, bouncing back from the midline level of 50 to around 60. It’s edging closer to the overbought territory at 70, indicating significant buying pressure for Dogecoin.

Dogecoin Price Buyers Target $0.2636 High Above The Pennant

The Dogecoin bulls are pushing for a higher price, with support from the SMAs and the RSI. With momentum building, there’s potential for the price to break above the pennant, aiming for a new high of around $0.2636  in the coming weeks.

However, if the upper trendline of the pennant holds strong, bears might trigger a price correction. This could push the price back towards the $0.1265 support zone, which aligns with the pennant’s lower boundary.
