The altcoin market is booming after Bitcoin’s new all-time high (ATH) above $123K, as investors begin rotating profits into smaller-capped tokens with higher growth potential.
TradingView data shows the total capitalization of the altcoin market has jumped more than 23% in the last month, signaling growing appetite for risk-on assets.
Ethereum, the largest altcoin by market cap, has led the charge. In the past week alone, ETH has surged over 22%, including a strong 24-hour move that pushed the token above the $3.4K mark.
That rally has been fueled by surging demand for Ethereum investment products, with spot ETH ETFs recording a new daily inflow record of $726.6 million yesterday.
But the altcoin rally isn’t limited to ETH. CoinMarketCap’s Altcoin Season Index has jumped 17 points over the last month, suggesting broader capital rotation into the altcoin sector.
Among the top 10 cryptocurrencies by market cap, Dogecoin (DOGE), XRP, and Cardano (ADA) have all posted double-digit weekly gains. DOGE is up 16%, while XRP and ADA have surged 30% and 22%, respectively.
Grok AI Says Buy These Crypto Presales
As altcoin season heats up, investors are increasingly looking beyond established tokens toward the next wave of high-upside opportunities still in presale.
Grok, the AI model built by Elon Musk-backed xAI, says presales offer early access to tokens at lower prices, with potential for high returns if projects succeed, driven by hype and market trends.
Established altcoins, while more stable, often have less upside due to higher market caps and slower growth, it says.
To help navigate the market, Grok has shared its top best crypto presale picks for July 2025.
Grok has selected three projects below that it says stand out for their “strong fundamentals, active communities, and alignment with current market trends like Bitcoin’s rally, Solana’s ecosystem growth, and AI-driven blockchain solutions.”
Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER)
The first presale named by Grok is a new layer-2 project called Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) .
“Bitcoin Hyper addresses Bitcoin’s scalability issues, offering near-instant, low-cost transactions,” the AI said.
It achieves that through its integration with the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), which is the same engine that powers the lightning-fast Solana blockchain.
The SVM integration, according to Grok, “taps into the growing institutional interest in Solana.”
Grok says HYPER has 10x-20x potential “post-listing if Bitcoin continues its upward trend and the project delivers on its roadmap.”
Investors are already betting big on the project’s future, having poured over $3.2 million into the project’s ongoing presale.
Crypto analyst and YouTuber Crypto Boy, who has over 61K subscribers, calls HYPER an amazing project.
Best Wallet
Best Wallet (BEST) is another crypto presale that Grok is bullish on. The project is a non-custodial wallet that supports more than 60 blockchains and offers users low fees, staking rewards, and early access to vetted presales.
What makes BEST stand out, according to Grok, “is its integration with DeFi tools and its user base of 2.5 million,” making it a “practical choice” for investors.
Grok also noted Best Wallet’s security features, which align with a “growing demand for secure crypto storage, especially as Europe sees a 15% rise in crypto card orders.”
If adoption grows, Grok forecasts 3x-7x gains for the crypto.
That forecast is similar to another made by popular YouTube channel 99Bitcoins. In a recent video, the channel told its over 723K subscribers that BEST could soar 10X after its launch.
Investors are buying into BEST at a rapid clip, with its presale raise closing on $14 million.
TOKEN6900 (T6900)
The third crypto presale named as the best buy in July by Grok is TOKEN6900 (T6900), which the AI calls “a meme coin with no intrinsic utility” that banks on “viral marketing and 1990s/2000s nostalgia.”

The AI picked the crypto for its “Non-Corrupt Token” branding and “community driven hype” that has seen over 49.5 million tokens staked so far.
While Grok has labelled the meme coin as “high risk,” it says the project has 5x-10x potential “in a meme coin frenzy.”
Investors are rushing to buy into the meme coin before its presale hard cap of $5 million is reached. So far, over $641K has flowed into T6900’s ICO.
Jacob Crypto Bury, a popular crypto YouTuber with over 56.9k subscribers, recently said T6900 could soar 10X after launch.
