Floki Price Forms A Bullish Channel And Nears Resistance

The Floki price has been in a positive trend over the past few days, printing a series of higher lows during this period, data from GeckoTerminal shows. This has led to the formation of an ascending price channel.
If the meme coin continues to trade in the positive range, it could soon flip the resistance level at $0.00008918 into support. Continued pressure from buyers might then result in a climb to as high as $0.00010768 in the short term.
However, FLOKI dropping out of the positive channel due to a sudden change in the market might result in a test of the closest support level at $0.00007458. Falling below this technical safety net might then trigger a wave of short positions, which could force the Floki price down to $0.00006192.
Technicals Suggest The Floki Price Might Climb Higher In The Next 24 Hours
From a technical point of view, indicators on the daily chart suggest the Floki price might keep trading in the positive range over the next 24 hours. Both the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) and the Relative Strength Index (RSI) show buyers maintain a tight grip on the crypto’s price.
In the last 48 hours, the MACD line has started to rise above the MACD Signal line. This is a classic indication of strengthening bullish momentum. As the gap between the two lines continues to grow, it will likely become easier for buyers to drive the Floki price up higher.
Buyers already seem to have an upper hand over sellers in terms of strength, as suggested by the latest RSI reading above the neutral 50 mark. This is after the indicator rose from oversold territory around 30 to its current reading over the past few days.
