The AFD/USD 30-minute chart shows an interesting price action as the current price is trading $0.001259, reflecting a slight increase of 0.06%. The chart showcases a strong price pump from around $0.00092 to approximately $0.0016, where it faced resistance and entered a consolidation phase.
This consolidation zone, highlighted between $0.00110 and $0.00135, signifies a period of market indecision as traders evaluated the next direction after the rapid price surge. The descending channel within this zone reflects bearish pressure, but the price has recently broken out, suggesting a potential shift toward bullish momentum.

The Moving Averages (50-period) at $0.00119202 provided strong dynamic support during the consolidation phase. Buyers are still active as the price hovers above this level, preventing any significant pullback. The breakout above the descending channel hints at a possible retest of the resistance zone near $0.0016 to $0.0017, where the previous rally faced selling pressure.
The MACD indicator further supports this bullish sentiment, showing a crossover where the MACD line (blue) crosses above the signal line (orange). This is often viewed as a bullish signal, though the relatively flat histogram indicates that the buying pressure is still moderate and needs to build momentum for a sustained uptrend.
The RSI at 54.18 sits in neutral territory, indicating that the asset is neither overbought nor oversold. This leaves room for further upward movement, provided sufficient volume and market interest exist. If the bullish momentum continues, AFD could aim to break the $0.0016 resistance.
However, if selling pressure intensifies, a drop below $0.0012 could see the price re-enter the consolidation zone, potentially extending the period of sideways movement.
