The AI agent crypto sector plunged 5.5%, but new rival MIND Of Pepe defied the trend as it skyrocketed to almost $2 million in funding in only three days since its presale launched.
The hot new AI sector’s market cap plummeted to $15.7 billion in the last 24 hours after steep declines for AIXBT (15.3%), AI16Z (14.3%), and VIRTUAL (7.9%), according to CoinGecko.
AI Agent Crypto Market Slumps
AI agent cryptos combine AI with Web3 technology and have become the hottest segment in the digital asset space recently.
The hype around the sector began after the launch of OpenAI’s large language model (LLM), called ChatGPT, in November 2022. That ignited a global AI race as companies and governments around the world raced to lead the pioneering field.
Mind of Pepe Presale Soars Even As AI Agent Crypto Sector Plunges
Despite the overall decline in the AI agent crypto market today, fund raising by new arrival MIND of Pepe ($MIND) is exploding.
The new hybrid project, which combines AI agent capabilities with the branding of meme coin titan Pepe, has raced past $1.8 million in funding since it launched on Jan. 14.
MIND is centered around an AI agent that monitors social platforms such as X to identify crypto trends using hive mentality analysis. The project shares the insights with its community, helping them keep ahead of the curve. Like other AI agents, MIND of Pepe uses the latest technology to upgrade and learn continuously.
Many influencers are already talking about Mind of Pepe ($MIND). An analyst on the 99Bitcoins YouTube channel, which has over 721K subscribers, said recently that MIND is “too good to pass up.”
