This separation underscores the strength of the ongoing upward movement, as the price remains comfortably above these critical support levels.
However, this surge has pushed the Relative Strength Index (RSI) into overbought territory, currently standing at 85.63. An RSI this high raises the possibility of a near-term correction or at least a period of consolidation as the market digests these gains.
The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator further highlights the bullish momentum, with the MACD line crossing well above the signal line. The widening gap between these lines often indicates continued strength. Such momentum can become unsustainable if it extends too far without a pullback.
Sun Token Price Prediction: Potential Pullback Looming
Given the current setup, the price faces immediate resistance around the $0.01800 level. Should the price overcome this hurdle with strong volume, it could trigger another leg up, potentially targeting the $0.02019 to $0.02243 range.
However, the RSI being in the overbought region and the steep nature of the parabolic move suggest that traders should expect a possible pullback or consolidation in the upcoming days.
While the SUN/USD pair is currently experiencing a powerful uptrend, the technical indicators suggest that this move may need to pause or retrace before any further significant gains.
A pullback to the $0.01500 to $0.01400 support range could provide a healthier base for a renewed advance, but if the current momentum continues unchecked, the market could push higher before such a correction occurs.
