In a new development, the fintech firm Ripple secured the eighth position within the Small and Medium category in Fortune Best Workplaces in the Bay Area for 2023.
The new accomplished is according to the latest Great Place to Work ranking. The process for the selection of companies is drawn from the feedback of employees at the different firms.
The ranking serves as a demonstration of workers’ fulfillment and perception of the firms. For Ripple, the new feat reflects the positive and thrilling experiences its staff enjoys at the company.
Ripple Gains Recognition Among Top Firms For Positive Workplace Environment
The Great Place To Work Survey has been operating and collecting information regarding staff experiences worldwide for three decades.
The collection process is through confidential qualitative and quantitative responses of employees to 60 statements and two open-ended questions.
The Survey evaluates the companies in different categories with the use of its proprietary Trust Index. The Index is designed to indicate the major behaviors that support and promote trust in management.
Also, it measures employees’ connection to colleagues and their loyalty to the firms where they work. Further, the Index offers accurate predictions of metrics associated with agility, retention, and the total success of businesses.
In the Small & Medium category, WorkRamp took the first position. The second and third positions went to Cribl and Mercury, respectively.
In the category of Large Companies, Cisco took the top position. The evidence is seen in its commitment to staff’s well-being, developing a sustainable working environment, and upholding social justice.
Nvidia and Atlassian Inc. bagged the second and third positions, respectively, with the pair reputable for great care and consideration for employees.
According to feedback, about 95% of Ripple’s employees see the blockchain firm as a great workplace. This is in contrast to the 57% average for most US-based companies.
Ripple’s Inclusion Among The Top Ten Companies Speaks Volumes
Ripple Labs is a blockchain technology company behind the global sixth-largest cryptocurrency by market cap, XRP. The firm was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, US.
The inclusion of Ripple among the top ten companies is a clear demonstration of its robust reputation in the industry. Notably, the crypto Firm Ripple got the 8th position even amid its struggles since 2020.
Ripple has been engaged in a lawsuit with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). But despite the lawsuit and obvious struggles, Ripple employees praised the blockchain firm, recognizing its supportive and conducive work environment.
Also, the feedback suggested that the company upholds equity and proper staff training, reflecting a sense of deep investment in Ripple’s future.
