Zebec Network Price Poised For A Retrace
The recent ZBCN price action on the 3-day chart shows a classic cup and handle pattern, a powerful bullish continuation setup.
The breakout above the handle resistance zone, also marked by the neckline, was confirmed with a significant volume spike and price surge. This confirms the bullish nature of the pattern and projects a target move that is equivalent to the depth of the cup, which aligns closely with the current Zebec Network price near $0.00382 after peaking around $0.00474.
Meanwhile, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently at 79.64, well into overbought territory. This suggests that the recent ZBCN price surge may be due for a correction as buyers lose some momentum.
The 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) now trades well above the current price, which is a bullish signal.
Zebec Network is poised for a slight retrace with the breakout from the cup and handle pattern already executed and the RSI flashing overbought signals. The price of Zebec Network may pull back toward the previous resistance-turned-support zone near $0.002977, a 22% drop from the current level.
