Although Hayes did not directly cite Hyperliquid, traders interpreted the comment as a clear nod to the ecosystem’s token, which sent traders scrambling for exposure.
After HYPE touched its all-time high at $35.93, can it still soar?
Hyperliquid Price Set For A Sustained Rally
The HYPE price shows a rounded bottom pattern, a bullish reversal structure that usually signals the end of a downtrend and the beginning of a sustained uptrend.
The breakout above the neckline area near the $26–$28 range confirms the bullish reversal. Currently, the Hyperliquid price has surged to $35.53, approaching the key resistance at $36.08, which represents the swing high before the initial decline began.
Meanwhile, the price of Hyperliquid is significantly above the 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA), currently at $20.19, confirming strong bullish momentum. This moving average also acted as dynamic resistance during the downtrend and now serves as solid support.
HYPE has rallied through the 0.382 level at $26.07 and the 0.236 level at $29.89, indicating strong continuation strength. The next challenge is to break and hold above the $36.08 resistance decisively.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently at 83.38, deeply overbought. This suggests a high likelihood of a short-term cooldown, though assets can remain overbought for extended periods in strong uptrends.
HYPE Price Prediction
With the breakout from the rounded bottom pattern confirmed, the HYPE price is poised for further gains if it can decisively break above $36.08. A clean breakout above this level could send prices toward $40.00 and even $45.00 in the medium term.
However, given the extreme RSI, there is a significant chance of a pullback. Support zones include the $29.89 (0.236 Fib level) and $26.07 (0.382 Fib level), which may offer entry points for Hyperliquid buyers looking to capitalize on a potential retest.
