Dogecoin price shows a strong bullish momentum indicating a potential shift in market sentiment. After months of trading in a tight bearish channel, DOGE has broken above key resistance levels, signaling the possibility of a significant upward move.
DOGE had been locked in a sustained downtrend, a decline followed by a strong rally in late 2024 and early 2025, culminating in a resistance zone around $0.50.
The price then entered a clearly defined bearish channel, dropping over 90% from its previous high, and eventually settling into a consolidation phase at a support zone around the $0.12 mark.

The recent breakout above the bearish channel, marked by a Break of Structure (BOS) and Market Structure Shift (MSS), is a critical development that shows a potential reversal from bearish to bullish market sentiment. The current price at $0.2502 shows signs of strength as it retests previous supply zones turned into support.
RSI Hits Overbought Zone As Price Targets $0.30
Adding further confidence to the bullish narrative is the Relative Strength Index (RSI), which has surged to 79.50, well above the neutral 50 level. This indicates heightened buying pressure, although traders should remain cautious as the RSI also enters overbought territory which could trigger a short term pull back
The breakout has also been accompanied by increased volume and a formation of a fair value gap (FVG), suggesting institutional interest may be building.
If this trend continues, DOGE could target the $0.30 level as the next key psychological resistance, followed by a retest of the previous highs near $0.50, provided momentum remains intact.
However, if the price fails to hold above the $0.20 support, a pullback to the support zone near $0.15 remains possible. This would not necessarily invalidate the uptrend but may provide a healthier base for a more sustained rally.
