The transaction involved 40,000,000 XRP, valued at around $124.8 million, and was initiated by an unidentified blockchain address. The deposit occurred less than four hours ago.
XRP Price Breakout Could Phase A Short Term Correction
The chart shows a strong bullish trend for XRP/USDT on the daily timeframe, currently trading at $3.31, up 12.04% on the day. The price action exhibits a parabolic breakout following a consolidation phase within a descending wedge pattern.
The breakout occurred near $2.90, which is now a key support level. The parabolic rise is evident, with the price accelerating upward along the yellow dotted line, suggesting strong bullish momentum.
Significant levels to watch include the immediate support zone around $2.46, which coincides with the 50-day moving average ($2.4632). The 200-day moving average, at $1.1072, confirms the overall uptrend, as the price is far above it.

On the upside, $3.50 is the next critical resistance level, a psychological threshold that could trigger further buying if broken. Beyond this, $4.00 represents a potential target in case the bullish momentum sustains.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently at 68.61, nearing the overbought threshold of 70. This indicates that while the trend is strong, a short-term pullback or consolidation may occur. However, in parabolic moves like this, the RSI can remain elevated for an extended period without immediate reversals.
If the price continues its current trajectory, a breakout above $3.50 could lead to further gains, with $4.00 as the next target. On the other hand, failure to maintain support at $2.90 could result in a pullback toward the $2.46 support level, aligning with the 50-day moving average. Traders should manage risk carefully, setting stop-losses below $2.90 to protect against a deeper correction.
XRP’s outlook remains highly bullish in the short term, with strong support levels and an intact parabolic rise. Monitoring the $3.50 resistance and RSI levels will be crucial for assessing the next phase of price action.
