The MYX Finance price surged 57% in the last 24 hours to trade at $1.63 as of 10:50 a.m. EST as investors rush to buy the crypto.

In the last few hours, the MYX price was able to reach a new all-time high (ATH) at $2.13. It has since retraced over 22% to trade at its current level.

The MYX Finance price bounced off of the support level at $1.3699 in the last couple of hours, data from GeckoTerminal shows. As a result, the altcoin is now heading towards the immediate resistance level at $1.9789. If the crypto manages to break above this barrier in the next 24 hours, it could go on to set a new ATH.

However, a rejection from the $1.9789 resistance or a sudden selloff could lead to a retest of the aforementioned $1.3699 support. A drop below this level might then result in a plunge to the subsequent support level down at $0.9243 if the bearish pressure persists.

Technicals Suggest The MYX Finance Price Might Undergo A Brief Pullback

From a technical point of view, indicators on the 4-hour chart warn of a short-term pullback. More specifically, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) and the Relative Strength Index (RSI) suggest some bearish pressure could soon enter the altcoin’s charts.

That’s as the MACD line drops towards the MACD Signal line, a classic indication of weakening bullish momentum. If the prior continues to slide towards the latter, it could result in a bearish crossover.
