Ondo Price Prediction: ONDO Surges 22% As This World-First AR/VR Crypto Rockets Towards $6M

The Ondo price jumped 22% in the last 24 hours to trade at $0.9939 as of 4 a.m. EST on trading volume that dropped 24% to $650.46 million.

Over the past month, the 69th-largest crypto has surged by over 100%, to hit an all-time high of $1.02 earlier today.

For a cryptocurrency launched only in mid-January, it’s an impressive feat. This recent price surge may have been helped by CEX.IO, which the project’s team announced on April 13, around the time its price started to head north.

Two days before that, Kraken Pro also shared that ONDO became available for trading on its platform, and a day before that ONDO went live on WazirX.

That represents listings on three massive CEXes in a single week, meaning that it is no surprise that the ONDO price has managed to hit an ATH. The big question now though is where will it go from here?

Ondo Price Prediction

So far, the price of ONDO rose over the weekend, and the same increase continued throughout the early hours of Monday morning. However, with the project hitting an ATH earlier, it has entered uncharted territory, where it is harder to know its limits since there is no historical data to suggest what might happen next.

With that being the case, traders and investors tend to use technical indicators, such as Bollinger bands. Right now, the bands are the widest they have been in the past week, which is a bullish signal.

However, it is never wise to rely on a single technical indicator, but rather try to see what the others are showing. For example, Ondo’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) value shows that the buying power is dropping and that traders have moved in to take profit after the RSI score hit the overbought zone.

This is likely why the price dipped from the ATH slightly, and why the RSI score dropped from 71.60 a few hours ago to 61.67 — much closer to the neutral zone. However, the optimism surrounding the token is still very strong, and traders will likely move in to buy the dip before long, pushing the price back up again.

For now, it is clear that the resistance at $1 is a massive barrier, but Ondo managed to breach it once already, and with enough buying pressure building up, it could potentially give it another try in hours to come. Alternatively, its price has a strong support at $0.90, although an even stronger one sits at $0.80.
