The SPX6900 price plunged 8% in the past 24 hours to trade at $1.22 as of 12:28 p.m. EST on trading volume that dropped 6% to $52.2 million.
The drop in the SPX price has pushed the crypto to the top of the losers list on CoinMarketCap.

The SPX price formed a rounded bottom from January 2025, with the $0.39 level providing formidable support.
This allowed the SPX6900 price to soar past the neckline level around the 0.236 Fibonacci level at $1.32 to the 0 Fib level at $1.72.
The SPX6900 price then retraced and has since been trading between the 0.382 and 0.236 Fib levels, indicating signs of a consolidation phase in the 3-day timeframe, as GeckoTerminal data shows.
SPX now trades well above both the 50 and 200 Simple Moving Averages (SMAs) on the 3-day chart, which cements the upward movement, regardless of the slight correction.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is moving in a straight line, currently at 57, an indication that the price SPX6900 could be in a consolidation phase as the bears and bulls fight for control.
If the bulls take charge at this level to stage a breakout above the 0.236 Fib level ($1.32), the price of SPX may soar even higher, targeting the $2.18 resistance zone.
Conversely, if the bears keep pushing, the first support is around the 0.382 Fib level at $1.0, then the 50 SMA at $0.761.
