US lawmakers have advanced a key Senate stablecoin bill that could deliver the nation’s first crypto legislation, a move that asset manager Bitwise says might trigger a multi-year bull run.
If approved, the bill will also be the first legislation related to the regulation of cryptos in the US. This would finally bring the regulatory clarity that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) had failed to provide under previous Chair Gary Gensler.

With the Senate stablecoin bill advancing, analysts believe regulatory clarity could spark the next bull run.
“Progress on the stablecoin bill could pave the way for a multi-year bull market in crypto,” said Bitwise chief investment officer Matt Hougan in a May 20 note. ”Wall Street and crypto are getting married.”
That’s prompting renewed interest in early-stage projects, with investors looking to position themselves ahead of a fresh wave of institutional and retail inflows.
Historically, presale tokens have outperformed during bull markets, especially those with real utility or projects that tap into dominant narrative themes like Bitcoin, Solana scaling, and AI and meme coins.
Three such projects are currently in presale, and they have already attracted huge investor interest.
Solaxy (SOLX)
Solaxy is a the first layer-2 project on Solana and already investors have pumped over $38.4 million into its presale, with whales starting to pile in as the project heads for launch in about 26 days.
