TAAL Distributed Information Technologies, a self-described “vertically integrated, blockchain infrastructure and service provider,” has opened a new office in Zug, Switzerland, showing growth for the company. They’ve also hired new workers, according to a press release from the group.
Switzerland is a space where the banking and fintech industry are focused on blockchain and cryptocurrency, the release continues. In fact, the release reveals its one of the “fastest-growing technology hubs in Europe.” So this is a good expansion for TAAL.
Speaking on the matter is Jerry Chan, the CEO of TAAL, who said:
“The opening of our Zug office represents a strategic move to expand TAAL’s operations in Switzerland, a region that offers enormous potential for the growth and development of blockchain businesses. Our new hires will allow us to further strengthen our business capabilities in this region, and execute on our strategic vision globally.”
The plan is to hire more people within the Zug office, and they plan to have it entirely operational by the end of Q1 2021, the release continues.
