Slerf Price Bulls Preparing For A Trend Reversal

The Slerf price rose dramatically after launch, soaring to as much as $1.30 on March 19, acting as its all-time high (ATH). However, the bulls have not been able to recover, as the bears drove the price further down to the support level at around $0.52.

The support zone acted as a cushion against downward pressure, which saw the bulls recover to the resistance zone at $0.86, before dropping again to $0.70. SLERF then rose back to $0.93, which formed a complete cup and handle pattern.

However, the bulls have not been able to sustain the bullish stance, which allowed the price to fall again to the $0.69 support level. The Slerf bulls are attempting to use this support to soar the price, supported by the cup and handle pattern.

SLERF is trading over the 200-day Simple Moving Average (SMA), which supports the bullish prospects of the price. If the bulls can add more pressure on the price, Slerf could overcome the 50-day SMA hurdle, soaring the price even higher.

Additionally, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is rebounding from the oversold levels to 46, indicating that investors are in a buying frenzy. If momentum persists, RSI may breach 70, signaling strong buying pressure and sustained investor optimism.

The Slerf price analysis on the 1-hour timeframe shows that SLERF is preparing for a trend reversal. The bulls use the cup and handle pattern to drive the price up, with a target set at $1.2.

Moreover, the 50-day SMA crosses above the 200-day SMA, forming a golden cross at $0.7039, an indication that SLERF still has the potential to surge even higher.

Conversely, if the bears continue exerting pressure, the price may drop further down through a retrace. In such a scenario, the bulls would retreat to $0.6449, acting as a cushion against downward pressure.
