Mercurity Fintech Holding Inc, a self-described “leading global real-time payment network,” utilizing blockchain tech, has revealed that they’ve hired a new Chief Financial Officer, according to a press release from the group.

The new CFO is Mr. Erez Simha, and it has gone into effect immediately, the release notes.

“Mr. Erez Simha brings to the Company rich experience in global finance, operations management and executive leadership in public companies, private companies and the road from private to public company Before joining MFH,” the release continues.

Simha has experience as the CFO and COO of Roo Inc. and Just Inc., two tech companies where he held a leadership position.

Speaking on the matter is Alva Zhou, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and CEO of Mercurity, who said:
