that's the thing - no txid yet. just stuck on "processing" on their end. usually they're quick but this time it's just sitting there. tried their live chat but got the same copy paste "please be patient" bs... I'm starting to get worried.I had some issues too. network's been congested as hell this week. mempool is backed up with like 300k+ transactions. might just be that? did you check the TXID to see if it's even been broadcast?
