BC.Game casino taking too long to send my payout

Been waiting 9 hours for BTC withdrawal from BC.Game. Still says "processing". Anyone else having issues with them lately? Getting kinda worried ngl

I had some issues too. network's been congested as hell this week. mempool is backed up with like 300k+ transactions. might just be that? did you check the TXID to see if it's even been broadcast?

that's the thing - no txid yet. just stuck on "processing" on their end. usually they're quick but this time it's just sitting there. tried their live chat but got the same copy paste "please be patient" bs... I'm starting to get worried.

Same thing happened to me like 2 weeks ago!!!! It finally came through after like 18 hours. Their support told me they had issues with their hot wallet or something. I was freaking OUT lol. Give it till tomorrow before you panic.
