States like Pennsylvania, Texas, and Illinois are now exploring this idea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Lagarde says bitcoin is unsuitable for reserves because it must be &lsquo;liquid, secure, and safe,.&rsquo;&rdquo; said Lucien Bourdon, Bitcoin Analyst at Czech hardware wallet manufacturer Trezor. &rdquo;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yet bitcoin is one
