During the livestream he said Diaz &ldquo;had intentions to harm him&rdquo; and alleged he was connected to the Houston mafia.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Carlos, I&rsquo;m not afraid of you,&rdquo; he shouted during the stream.<\/p>\n<p>Armstrong&rsquo;s camera captured the arrival of the police, who asked whether he had a weapon. Just a few weeks ago, the parent company of the Bitboy Crypto brand, BJ Investment Holdings, <a href=\"https:\/\/insidebitcoins.com\/news\/bitboy-no-more\"><span class=\"s2\">removed him from the brand<\/span><\/a> due to concerns related to substance abuse and harm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">The brand&rsquo;s statement read, &ldquo;This difficult decision is a culmination of a prolonged effort to help Ben during his relapse into substance abuse as well as reconcile the emotional, physical, and financial damage he has done to the employees of Hit Network and the Bitboy Crypto community.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Armstrong tried to regain control of the firm from its owner, the HIT Network, using legal measures, but his efforts were unsuccessful. In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-QLRCirF8YY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s2\">recent video<\/span><\/a>, he admitted to making mistakes that resulted in his removal from the company and expressed his willingness to collaborate with the HIT Network. Additionally, he revealed that he had been involved in an extramarital relationship, which had adversely affected his reputation as a family-focused individual.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Bitboy Crypto Also Involved in FTX Case<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Armstrong has also been caught up in a collective <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courtlistener.com\/docket\/67017199\/1\/garrison-v-paffrath\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s2\">legal action<\/span><\/a> for supposedly endorsing the crypto exchange FTX, which has since gone bankrupt. Earlier, he had directed offensive and disrespectful messages toward the attorney overseeing the case, both through email and on social media. Consequently, a judge issued an order for him to stop posting negative comments about the attorney and the clients associated with the attorney&rsquo;s firm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\">Armstrong also drew attention <\/span><span class=\"s1\">when he skipped a court hearing and instead chose to go on a BitBoy-branded crypto cruise to the Bahamas.
