Dates are set for the Securities and Exchange Commission’s case against Coinbase, with the crypto exchange set to give its opening brief on August 4 and any amicus briefs by August 11.<\/p>\n

The SEC’s opening brief will be conducted on October 3, with any amicus briefs due seven days later. Coinbase’s reply brief will be due 21 days later. The two parties set out the dates in a letter to District Court Judge Katherine Polk Failla that was filed on July 23.<\/p>\n
