This filing went into detail of how its operations would be like within the exchange. This feedback will be in regard to whether or not the proposed exchange\u2019s operations are consistent with the Securities Act of 1934. Including this, it must also rule whether or not the information that BOX and tZERO had provided, will be sufficient to make an adequate ruling regarding its approval.<\/p>\n<p>The Commission had warned the parties involved that, should these two issues not be adequately addressed, a lack of these two requirements are grounds for summary rejection.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Urged To Contact With Thoughts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Furthermore, third-party groups are capable of weighing in on the proposal itself.
