(Brattleboro Reformer) – Plaintiffs in a civil suit over bitcoin mining characterized the defendant as “the man behind the curtain,” in a filing in opposition to a dismissal request. According to court documents, Stuart A. Fraser “… characterizes himself as a mere minority investor even though the Amended Complaint alleges that (Joshua) Garza and (Stuart) Fraser were 50-50 partners.”
