Don’t invest unless prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment, you shouldn’t expect to be protected if something goes wrong.

Gemini, the cryptocurrency exchanges launched by the Winklevoss Twins of Facebook fame, is moving into Australia, reports The Block. It also has exchanges in Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.

Now, anybody in the country can participate in cryptocurrency trading and work with Bitcoin, Litecoin, Zcash, Bitcoin Cash, and Ether.

Tyler Winklevoss, a co-founder and CEO at the platform, spoke on the matter:

“Cryptocurrency is the future of money, and we’re committed to building a bridge to that future in Australia. We are thrilled to continue expanding our global footprint and give Aussies a safe and trustworthy cryptocurrency experience. We founded Gemini to build trust in this nascent technology and we look forward to building that trust in Australia.”

The publication notes that the exchange also brought on David Damato as a Chief Security Officer.

Overall, Gemini seems to be one of the leading trading platforms when it comes to regulation and mindshare. Its expansion into even more spaces like Australia only cement that notion.
